Post Processing

Added some basic post processing to pretty up the game, but these are probably going to change during development.

Changed the AI a bit as well for enemy ships.

Also fixed an issue where the player turret would run out of bullets and that sometimes the player couldn't move after leaving the seat.

Any feedback and bugs noticed while playing are appreciated!
