Big fix

The game had multiple bugs but they should be fixed now, any problems please leave a comment.

Bases were not spawning at correct locations or correct scales after leaving and starting a new game - fixed

Units could not attack enemy units that are in a biome like forest hills or water tiles - fixed

Enemy walls were not appearing - fixed

Turns would sometimes not update - showing as fixed but could potentially still exist in certain cases
